About the Event

Curious about Chinese Medicine, Qi, Meridians, Massage and Acupressure?

Due to popular demand I am running this Self-Acupressure session. Learn a simple set of points to help rebalance your whole system and bring you back to your center wherever you are whenever you need it. There will be a little bit of theory and a lot of practice on the day.

You will learn a 10 point acupressure massage that you can give to others or yourself. It is a very effective routine that can take the edge off the majority of symptoms from common ailments.

The class is open to complete beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. I hope that everyone will find something new and useful from the class. For those who want to, we will go for dinner in the local area after the event.
