Free Movie Screening : 'SHAOLIN' + Short Talk about Zen and the Taoist Arts

Alex will be giving a short talk before the movie to give you some background on the Shaolin temple, on Zen and on cultivation practices using Qi Gong, Tai Chi and Chinese Medicine. Experience the essence of Shaolin for yourself!
