About the Event
 This event is for attendees of the Chinese Dietary Therapy talk from the previous evening. In the Chinese Dietary Therapy talk you will learn some principles and techniques that can be applied through some great Chinese ingredients and condiments that can make your dishes even more delicious and have a great effect on health. Wing Yip is a huge Chinese supermarket full of fascinating ingredients.
I will take you on a tour and point out and explain various ingredients so that you can experiment yourself back home.
We will be having lunch in the banquet restaurant at 12pm. If you would like to reserve a place on the main table, please see the lunch event listed below
